Brand Identity Refresh
Endometriosis is a chronic condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, causing severe pain, heavy bleeding and sometimes fertility issues. While there is no cure, symptoms can be managed through medication or surgery. It affects 1 in 10 people with a uterus, making it as common as diabetes and asthma, yet in Ireland patients face major barriers to care, including specialist shortages, poor funding and a lack of comprehensive policy, resulting in an average 9-year delay in diagnosis.

The Endometriosis Association of Ireland, a volunteer-run organisation largely made up of people with the condition, supports and represents patients through empowerment and advocacy. My conceptual redesigned brand identity for the organisation centres on the concept of “voice”, combining a bold, activist tone that demands better funding and recognition with a softer, supportive tone that offers care, guidance and community to those affected.
